The People Behind Your Next Fundraiser

Vacanva is a portrait-based fundraising platform serving nonprofits, schools, PTOs, alumni clubs, and booster clubs across the United States. Donors give $99, receive a professional family portrait experience and a 16x20 mounted print, and 100% of every donation goes directly to your organization. We handle photographers, editing, and fulfillment. You promote the campaign and collect the funds.

Organizations that have partnered with Vacanva include the Federation of Aggie Moms Club ($63,000 raised), The Village School ($9,000 in 14 days), and BYX at Texas A&M (69 donors in a single campaign). Any organization with an engaged donor base can run a campaign. 501(c)(3) status is not required.

Every campaign is supported by a team of fundraising coordinators, professional photographers, client managers, and digital artists who manage the experience from booking through final delivery.
