GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

federal courts for Brazos County, Texas. In the event either party brings an action to enforce or to
seek a remedy related to this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable
attorneys’ fees and all other reasonable costs of the action.
