CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy shall be governed under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflicts of
law provisions. The parties may bring an action concerning this privacy policy only in the state and
federal courts for Brazos County, Texas. In the event either party brings an action to enforce or to
seek a remedy related to this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable
attorneys’ fees and all other reasonable costs of the action.

applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information have not been respected,
you can file a complaint with our Data Protection Officer listed below, and we will respond to let
