We will onboard you into our network of photographers and our calendar system. 

When a client in your area requests a session, our client managers will book it onto your calendar (which will check against your existing calendar for availability.) 

You will meet the client in their chosen location and shoot the session. 

Please upload into our system within 24 hours and get paid within 10 days. 

The client is told they have up to 90 minutes with the photographer.

However, we provide a briefing of about what we expect back from the session.

If you feel you are able to achieve the objective in less time, you are welcome to gracefully wrap the session early. That 90 minute window is set to allow for any hiccups that may come up. 

Clients work with our client managers in a pre-session zoom to design a session that suits their style.

If you have a list of locations you would like to share where you are most comfortable shooting, you can provide samples from those locations and we will suggest those places to those clients.

Some clients request to shoot at home, or on their property and some have a very unique vision in mind. 

Anything within 30 minutes or 30 miles of your address is considered your "area." If we ask you to break that boundary, you may put in for mileage and travel time compensation.

We require you shoot in full RAW format and upload all of your RAW images directly into our system without any deleting or culling. 

We ask that you are shooting on a pro level DSLR or Mirrorless camera. 

We have a couple of different factors that go into your session rate, specifically type of session and location, however our base sessions start at $125 for up to 90 minutes. Even if you wrap early, because you have everything you need, you will still be paid the full base rate for the session. Some locations, such as large college campuses will have a bonus because of how many locations you will be walking to. 

You are classified as a 1099 independent contractor, and as such, you will  and be responsible for your own taxes, equipment, transportation, and calendar availability maintenance. 

No! You may continue to run your business as usual, and only shoot for us when you are available!

We only ask that when working with our clients, you represent our company and do not request that the client go around us directly to you next time.
