What is a photo fundraiser?

A photo fundraiser is a campaign where supporters donate to your organization in exchange for a professional portrait experience. It’s a unique way to raise funds while giving donors something meaningful in return.

How does the fundraiser work?

Once your organization signs up, we create a custom link where donors can register. Each donor gets a full portrait package—including a design consultation, a photo session with one of our expert photographers, and a printed portrait. You receive 100% of the donation amount.

Do we need to be a nonprofit to participate?

No. We work with 501(c)(3)s, schools, alumni associations, civic groups, and professional clubs. If your group has a community of supporters, we can help you raise funds through photography.

Is there any upfront cost to the organization?

None. There’s no risk, no inventory, and no fees. We handle everything—from booking and photography to delivery—so your team can focus on promoting the campaign.

What do donors receive with their donation?

Each donor receives a Zoom design consultation, up to 90 minutes with a professional portrait photographer, and a 16x20 inch mounted print. Many choose to purchase additional prints or digitals, but there’s no obligation.

How long does it take to launch a fundraiser?

We can have your campaign up and running within 2 weeks. Once it’s live, you start receiving funds as donations come in.

Can we customize the campaign for our group?

Yes. From logos and messaging to visual branding and social media graphics, every campaign is personalized for your organization.

Voices for Children, Inc. is driven by its mission to improve the lives of children in foster care through powerful volunteer advocacy until each child is placed in a safe and permanent home. Voices for Children is the local CASA program serving the Brazos Valley (Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, and Madison counties) aiming to train volunteer advocates to amplify the voices of children and families involved with the child welfare system.
