You have a year from the date of your donation to use your portrait session in any of the cities where we have our photographer team. All of our sessions are custom designed. You may use this session for family, high school or college senior, or children's sessions. Need help with a different session? Ask our designer how to book.

You are not required to purchase anything above and beyond your 16x20 mounted print following your session, however many of our clients choose to upgrade to custom wall art and/or albums and image collections. We will walk you through all of your options during your design consultation. We can work with all budgets as low as $250. Our wall art starts at $697 and our collections start at $1490. You are welcome to convert your 16x20 mounted print ($297) into a portrait credit towards a collection or wall art.

We specialize in family portraits, and your family may consist of you with your fur baby, or 40+family members or anywhere in between. We will discuss your full cast of characters in your design consultation and your photographer will be ready to give everyone a fantastic experience. 

You are welcome to use your session anywhere in the continental US within 50 miles of a major metropolitan area. With a combined 40 years in the industry, our leadership team has incredible photographer contacts all over the country. If we do not already have a photographer on our network team in that location, we will make every effort to onboard one before your preferred date. We are often able to accommodate other areas, but please note there may be a travel fee. 

Your Client Manager will guide you through selecting a beautiful location in your area that is either already in our database, suggested by your local photographer or researched by our team.

Privately owned locations such as wedding venues, museums, ranches, farms, etc. may require a site fee and in some cities, many public parks may require a permit. Please note these extra fees will be passed to the client, however our client managers will handle the logistics. We will do our best to help you select a location that fits your needs. 

You are also welcome to request your session on your own property.
