Vacanva Photo Fundraiser Policies

Campaign Materials

 

1. All campaign materials will be provided to the nonprofit contact on a digital dashboard. 

2. Posting dates and times are suggested and not required, however have been designed to maximize success for the campaign. Any reduction in posts and emails may lead to lower donor sales. 

3. All images used to promote the campaign on any platform must be provided by Vacanva as to be representative of the work that the donor can expect to receive from their session. Using images and verbiage not provided by the Vacanva team to promote the photo fundraiser is prohibited.  

4. Vacanva will not be expected to share the posts of each campaign to the Vacanva pages and channels, but may on occasion at the discretion of the Vacanva marketing team. 

5. Vacanva does not guarantee a certain number of donations for any campaign/ post/ email, etc.

 

Givebutter

 

1. All campaign transactions must be made through the Vacanva beneficiary campaign connected to your nonprofit. Any donations made off of the Givebutter campaign/ platform will not show up in the Vacanva database, and therefore can not be honored. 

2. Nonprofit MUST create a givebutter account (free) and connect a bank account for payouts AND approve the beneficiary campaign connection via email BEFORE launching the campaign. Any delay in this connection will result in funds not being available to the nonprofit. 

3. Nonprofit is welcome to use any and all other features on their givebutter account.

4. Nonprofit MAY use an existing Givebutter account. 

5. Nonprofit is responsible for withdrawing their OWN funds from their Givebutter account to their bank account. When the campaign is set up correctly, Vacanva does not have access to the funds at all.

6. All refund requests will be directed to the nonprofit as we at Vacanva do not have access to the funds.
