We are looking for a superstar.

Position:

Client manager/ Sales associate (Connection Designer)

for a start-up national portrait company.

The perfect candidate:

You are (ideally) based in Bryan/ College Station, Texas, however, most work will be remote (from home.)

You are perhaps a parent who has left the corporate sales workforce to be home with family, but are looking for a remote job to do from home while they are in school.

You have reliable internet and computer with a webcam and microphone and a quiet space to work, and take a professional video phone call without being interrupted.

You are comfortable with your work being assessed and measured to a high performance level with feedback.

You have a cheerful disposition and like to learn about people. You believe in connection and you believe in the power of family portraits.

Duties:

Intake client video consultations working with clients to design the look and feel of their sessions, and explain the full process.

Manage a checklist of items that must be gathered from each client.

Video chat ordering appointments where you will help design wall collections using virtual design software.

Take orders and upload to a central client database. Ensure your clients are being moved through the full company experience process in a timely manner.

Other duties as assigned

This is a commission based position. You will be provided with the software, training and samples to present to the clients. This is NOT a marketing position. Though your feedback will be welcomed from your interaction with clients, you will not be expected to sell to your friends or family or to build a network. You will be assigned clients as they come into the company from our marketing channels. This is also NOT a photography position. 

Vacanva is a subsidiary of Siegert Media which is comprised of many photography based brands. You may occasionally be asked to perform similar duties for those brands as well.
