Most communities are working from outdated headshots, phone photos, and whatever staff can capture between activities. Families notice. Residents notice. And when a family is deciding between communities, the photo wall is part of the impression you're making.
Vacanva gives your community a Picture Day that matches the level of care you already provide, without adding this burden to your team.
Here's What Happens
1. We talk. A short call to learn your community's size, schedule, and any needs specific to memory care or mobility.
2. We set up. Vacanva arrives with a full professional shooting bay and sets it up on-site, in a common area or quiet room your team designates. No studio visit required.
3. We shoot. Residents are individually brought to the shooting bay for their 5-8 minute session. A professional Vacanva photographer works at each resident's pace, with warmth and patience.
4. We deliver. After the day, Vacanva sends each family a private online gallery. Families browse and purchase prints, wall art, and digital images directly from the gallery, on their own time. Galleries remain open for 5 weeks. All digital purchases are delivered instantly via email and print pieces are drop shipped directly to their home.

Want to Turn Picture Day Into a Fundraiser Too?
Some communities choose to layer a fundraiser campaign on top of their Picture Day. With this option, resident families are invited to book their own separate, extended session, think multi-generational portraits, a grandparent with grandchildren, or a full family reunion captured in one visit.
These custom designed sessions are booked and paid for separately from the standard resident Picture Day gallery. Your community receives the full $99 donation through the campaign, which you can direct toward your activities budget, resident enrichment fund, or wherever it's needed most. These sessions can then be used by the family any time in the following year.
This layer is entirely optional. If you'd rather keep things simple with just the Picture Day, that's the default, and there's nothing extra to opt into.
