Step 1: Lets Meet!
Our experience together begins with a video chat consultation with your Connection Designer, from the comfort of your home where we will discuss the overall vision for your family portrait session and who will be included.
During your consultation, we will discuss style and wardrobe, color palette preferences and how we can help make sure everyone looks their best. We will discuss the print options and pricing in detail so that you can maximize the use of your collection with priceless family heirlooms. You will have the option to pick from our menu of archival pieces ranging from wall installations, to albums, mounted prints to digital collections.
We will also pick the best date and time for your session. We all agree that toddler naptime is sacred, and a fed family is a happy family, so we will pick a time that works best for everyone.
During your consultation, we will also take care of your $685 session fee. This fee covers your time at the location with the photographer, and all of the image prep (editing). This fee also includes a $500 credit towards your final image package that you will choose during your ordering appointment following your portrait session.
Step 2: Shooting Day
On session day, your fabulous Connection Director (photographers) will be waiting for you at the location you have specified at Century Square. Everything will be ready and waiting for you, all you have to do is arrive with your family.
And when we say “everything will be ready for you” we mean everything. We have even been known to travel with snacks for you to offer the younger members of your family, and wine to help the grownups relax and enjoy.
Step 3: Ordering
Within 7 days of your session, you will receive a link to book your virtual ordering appointment, where your Connection Designer will walk you through the ordering process step by step.
During your ordering appointment, you will get the opportunity to see what the images from your session will look like on your own walls! Using our drag and drop technology, you can visualize and choose the wall portraits that will make your home complete.
Most portrait sessions will yield a collection of 30-40 images for you to choose from. Every client has a different set of needs, so while some clients simply use their $500 credit on images, some choose larger collections and will spend up to $10k and beyond. We have options to fit many budget levels. All specific pricing will be detailed in your design consultation where we can guide you to the best option for your needs.
